3.上下压轮同步传动，自动补偿调节虚位，自动微退功能减少压带空白。
4.上压轮气缸采用超薄气缸，限位螺丝调节气缸行程（比行程气缸更耐用），可对用户加工厚薄布料进行压力调节，防止压坏布料和压出布边有痕迹，解决了同类机器直压到底的缺陷。
5.发热枪供风选用自然高压鼓风机专门供及发热管之用，避免了常规用高压泵之气源的水分冲击发热内管，使之更加耐用。
6.上轮下压可以点动与长期压下选择。
7.风枪摆出时间可以提前或延时摆出，解决中间停顿时风枪损坏面料问题。
8.带尾可以变速，解决带尾面料不牢的问题。
